We organized a Financial Literacy programme on 20 May 2025 in Prakasam District, empowering the public, especially persons with disabilities, with essential money management skills. The session focused on savings, financial planning, banking basics, zero balance accounts and accessing livelihood loans. Sign language interpreters and inclusive teaching methods ensured equal participation for hearing impaired individuals. Pamphlets, visual aids and wall slogans reinforced key concepts in a simple and engaging way. The programme helped participants build financial confidence and move toward greater independence and security.
